I had the fantastic honor of collaborating with Beginner Luck and Jeff Weiss on a five-course dinner with cocktails pairing this spring. This collaboration was genuinely close to my heart; I got to work with Chef Benjamin Graham again, one of the chefs I truly admire and who poured into my craft during the early years of my career in Arizona. This menu was inspired by spring and captured the essence of it before the blazing heat came upon us. Check them out in Old Town Scottsdale. This place is a hidden gem.
